As consultants, we are not committed to any particular answer to a problem. Sometimes the solution requires changes or additions to computer hardware. Sometimes an existing "off the shelf" software program can be found to do the job, and sometimes the best solution is to create a custom software program. Often, however, the best answer is a combination of these.
