Experience & Skills

Design multi-page internet websites, including development of animated graphics, queries, and interactive forms. Responsible for design, development and maintenance of a fairly sophisticated Intranet for internal company use, including dynamic creation and updating of Material Safety Data Sheets, forms and questionnaires, bulletins, and other interactive forms. I am proficient with HTML hand-coding as well as various web authoring and editing programs, including Macromedia Web Design Studio with Dreamweaver, Flash and Fireworks, Web Assist eCommerce Suite and Microsoft Frontpage.

Provide software support and training for 250 users with various IBM compatible computer systems. Proficient in a variety of software including DOS, several versions of Microsoft Windows and Office Suites, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word. I have also worked with TRIM (Training Records Information Management), Jasc Paint Shop Pro, ThumbsPlus, as well as a variety of accounting software programs, statistical analysis software, on-line information systems, communications programs, utility programs, and other software programs.

Experience:

• Design, develop and maintain websites for small to medium sized businesses.
• Responsible for design, development and maintenance of the Unocal WCF Intranet including server installation and administraiton.
• Created presentations and photo books for senior management, corporate and news media. Preparation of fact sheets, and newspaper ads.
• Prepared Automated Data Processing plans and budgets, including purchasing functions for up to 180 computers.
• Administered hardware & software inventory control systems with 100% accountability.
• Provided individual and group computer software training.
• Planned and schedule department monthly safety meetings.
• Job positions have included Webmaster, Communications Specialist, Computer Support, Assistant Manager/Partner, Secretary, Receptionist and Clerk.
